I spent months researching pool companies and going over designs. I found them all to be overpriced and lacking in any style. I was looking for something that matched the house style and was unique.

Our salesman was Jan (also one of the owners) and we spent a lot of time discussing design and material choice. Being an internet researching fool, I had all my equipment picked out. Needless to say there is a reason why we leave it to the professionals. Jan explained exactly what I needed (and what I didn't!) We save quite a bit in this area alone.

Pricewise they were very competitive, I was not comfortable going with the cheapest or the most expensive. Needless to say, after all is said and done, I would have gladly paid more then they charged :). Don't tell them. lol.

The pool came out amazing and we had no "hiccups" along the way. We actually finished the pool ahead of schedule, which I can tell you from our neighbors experience that this is not the norm.

Service post payment was just as good if not better then the service I received before they got paid. When I have questions about the system it takes one call and I get my answers. My neighbors (on both side) can tell you that post pool production they do not have a relationship with their pool builder.

As I said, I am very big into internet research and ratings. I do not have any reason to not give them 5 stars. If and when we do our next pool it will be with Suncoast pools.

If you are looking for quality and service then you don't have to look forward. Now only if I can find other contractors like this for the other home projects I have planned.

Use them with confidence, they are not about the money, there are about the quality AND THE SERVICE!
